1. How do I get the gift card? Purchase any of the eligible products during our Christmas event! Your gift card will be emailed after 7 days after your order is confirmed. 2. How can I use the gift card? Enter the gift card code at checkout on your next Waterdrop purchase to redeem it as cash. Each gift card can be used only once and may be combined with other discounts or coupons. 3. What if I don’t receive my gift card email? Please contact our customer support, and we’ll help you locate and process your gift card. 4. How long is the gift card valid? The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Please use it before it expires; expired gift cards cannot be redeemed. 5. What happens if I return my order? If you return an order that qualified for a gift card, the gift card will become invalid.
